SAKURAO GIN LIMITED is a 47% ABV craft gin in 700ml from the SAKURAO distillery in Hatsukaichi, Hiroshima, run by SAKURAO Brewery & Distillery, whose roots go back to 1918. All 17 botanicals are sourced in Hiroshima, juniper included, and the gin is distilled by the traditional English dry-gin method. Citrus leads the aroma and finish, with an accent of cherry blossom. It won Gold Outstanding at the IWSC in 2018.
