Kozue Wakayama Craft Gin
Kozue (槙) koyamaki handcrafted gin, from the Fujishiro (富士白) distillery of Nakano BC in Wakayama, Japan (founded 2017). It is the world's first gin to use koyamaki (Japanese umbrella pine) as a botanical, together with Wakayama sansho pepper and citrus, and is bottled at 47%.
