ETSU Double Yuzu Gin
Etsu gin is made at the Asahikawa distillery in Hokkaidō — pure Daisetsuzan mountain water, a 22-hour botanical maceration, and a marriage of juniper, liquorice, angelica, coriander seed with Japanese yuzu and bitter-orange peel. This is the limited-edition Double Yuzu handcrafted gin, with the yuzu turned up.
