Yomeishu Seizo's "Kanomori" ("forest of fragrance") handcrafted gin comes from Yomeishu Seizo (Nagano), a well-known Japanese medicinal-liquor maker. Its signature botanical is the aromatic Japanese wood kuromoji, and 19 botanicals are steeped in four batches.
