Yomeishu Craft Gin Cocktail Ginger & Herbs

Yomeishu's Ginger & Herbs Craft Gin Cocktail comes in a 300ml bottle at 22% ABV. It is built on the company's "Ka no Shizuku" craft gin, infused with kuromoji, rosemary and sansho pepper, then blended with ginger juice, ginger extract, dried ginger and orange, lime and yuzu juices. The result is a spicy, dry ginger character with a pleasant citrus bitterness. Launched in September 2019; serve on the rocks or topped up with soda (the maker suggests about 1:1).
