Komagatake Tsunuki Aging 2019 Single Malt
Komagatake 2019 (Tsunuki-matured) single malt — from Hombo Shuzo's (Mars) Shinshu distillery in Nagano at around 800 metres, one of Japan's highest; its cool climate slows maturation into a light, refined single malt. The distillery's flagship single malt range.
Type: Japanese single malt｜Distillery: Mars Shinshu (Komagatake)
Tasting: Caramel with fresh apple, grapefruit and lemon over gentle malt; caramel and stewed apple on the palate, with vanilla cream and baked-grain warmth.
