Flos Chartaceum IG Red 2024
Deep garnet with violet highlights, showing ripe cherry, delicate spice and gentle vanilla on the nose; medium-bodied on the palate with smooth, round tannins, balanced acidity and a long, elegant finish. A blend of Aragonez, Castelão, Trincadeira and Syrah, fermented in stainless steel at 24°C, unoaked. 13% ABV, 2–3 years of ageing potential. Flos Chartaceum takes its inspiration from the delicacy of paper-craft flowers; this is the regional-tier red in the range.
Food Pairing
Serve at 16–18°C. Pairs with roast chicken, tomato-based pasta or aged cheese — elegant and easy to match.
