Flos Chartaceum IG White 2024

Pale lemon yellow with a persistent floral nose; balanced on the palate with delicate fruit, fresh and harmonious, finishing clean and crisp. A blend of Roupeiro, Fernão Pires and Arinto, fermented in stainless steel at 15°C. 12.5% ABV, 1–2 years of ageing potential. Flos Chartaceum takes its inspiration from the delicacy of paper-craft flowers; this is the regional-tier white in the range.
Food Pairing Serve at 8–10°C. Pairs with salads, white meat, seafood or light dishes — fresh and appealing.
