Junoin Xijiu

"Junpin Xijiu" is Xijiu's high-end sauce-aroma baijiu, built on the spirit of the "junzi" (the man of virtue) — refined and prestigious in positioning. Xijiu belongs to the Moutai group, from the fine sauce-aroma terroir of Guizhou's Chishui River. Made from glutinous sorghum and high-temperature wheat daqu by the traditional jiangxiang method, at around 53% ABV. A full, elegant body and a delicate, layered sauce aroma — supple on the palate, with a long aftertaste. Elegantly and grandly packaged — a distinguished choice for high-end entertaining and corporate gifting. Best sipped slowly, neat and at room temperature from a small cup, to savour its mellow layers.
