Highland Park is distilled on Orkney, Scotland's northernmost island group, using malt smoked over its own Hobbister Moor peat — heather-root rich and lower in salinity than Islay peat, giving a lighter, more delicate smoke with heather honey rather than seaweed brine. The brand draws on Viking heritage, with Norse carvings on its bottles.
