The spirit is charcoal-filtered through the Lincoln County Process twice — once before ageing, once again before bottling — making this an unusually soft, rounded expression in the Jack Daniel's range. Vanilla, caramel and light fruit on the nose; silky on the palate, sweet with gentle oak spice, finishing clean and mild.
