Part of Jim Beam's Small Batch Collection, bottled from a single barrel rather than blended, aged 7 years, at a robust 53.5% ABV (107 proof). Inviting caramel, toasted oak and vanilla on the nose, with dried fruit, cocoa and a touch of spice; rich and robust on the palate with toffee, dark chocolate and roasted nuts — the single-barrel format gives unusually vivid, direct flavour.
