Made from two mash bills and five yeast strains, yielding ten distinct recipes, with eight to ten blended into each batch — barrels ranging from 4 to 12 years, averaging around 6. Fruit, floral essence, gentle spice and honey on the nose; soft, crisp and smooth on the palate with fresh fruit, pear and apple, finishing mellow and long. Known for its recipe diversity, at 40% ABV.
