New-oak caramel and vanilla lead the nose, with almonds, toffee and dark chocolate; corn sweetness and a buttery mouthfeel on the palate, with almonds, walnuts, chocolate, cinnamon, vanilla and raisins, finishing on chocolate and vanilla with leather, tobacco and a hint of smoke. The house describes over 200 detectable flavour notes, at 43.2% ABV.
