Hamafukutsuru is a Nada-district brewery in Kobe with over 200 years of history, brewing with the hard Miyamizu water of the Rokko foothills — a sake of rich umami and minerality. This Bizen Omachi Daiginjo is led by Okayama Omachi with Yamada Nishiki and others, polished to 50%.
