Echigozakura Daiginjo Namachozo
Echigozakura Daiginjo Namachozo from Niigata, polished to 50%, 16% ABV, 720ml. The Echigozakura brewery in Agano, Niigata was founded in 1890. 'Namachozo' means the sake is stored unpasteurised at low temperature and pasteurised only once at bottling, keeping a fresh character. Daiginjo is aromatic and delicate — best served chilled.
Food Pairing
Serve chilled (about 8–12°C). Pairs with sashimi, sushi, white fish, tempura or light cold dishes.
