Mars Maltage Cosmo Malt Selection

Mars Maltage "Cosmo" Malt Selection is a blended malt from Hombo Shuzo's Mars distillery in Nagano, bottled at 43% ABV in 700ml. It marries several types of malt whisky, made in Britain and in Japan. Amber in colour, it shows honey and caramel sweetness with ripe fruit and a hint of smoke, and is round and soft on the palate with a gentle, sweet finish. The name comes from Mount Kosumo (越百山) in the Central Alps, and the label pictures the night sky above the distillery.
