GLEN MORAY （Elgin Classic） Single Malt
Honey and vanilla lead, with fresh orchard fruit, malty sweetness and a touch of oak on the close — smooth and entirely without rough edges. Matured wholly in American oak, this is the benchmark of Glen Moray's Classic range. The distillery has been running at Elgin in Speyside since its first spirit ran in September 1897, and is a pioneer of cask finishing. Excellent value as an entry single malt — good neat, over ice, or in a whisky highball.
Food Pairing
Neat, on the rocks, or with soda as a highball. Its honeyed, malty softness pairs with mild cheese, plain nuts and milk chocolate; also good with roast chicken or grilled pork.
