Martell Noblige, 40% ABV, Hong Kong market bottling. The house notes describe abundant fruit of pear and prune, exotic hints of vanilla pod and caramelised grape, and a woody character of myrrh, cedar and fine-grained oak, over an elegant, generous structure marrying strength and smoothness. Founded in 1715, Martell is the oldest of the great Cognac houses and has long drawn on the Borderies, the smallest of the crus.
