The Dalmore 45 Year Single Malt Scotch

Aged 45 years, an exceptionally rare, high-age bottling from The Dalmore; decades of sherry-cask maturation give intensely deep, complex layers of dried fruit, wood and spice, finishing long. The Dalmore takes its emblem from a twelve-point royal stag, drawn from a legend of Clan Mackenzie being granted the crest for saving a king's life. The distillery is renowned for Scotland's most celebrated sherry-cask maturation programme, built on a long partnership with González Byass in Jerez, Spain, for prime Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez casks.
