The Dalmore 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch

Sweet malt, thick-cut orange marmalade, sherry and a hint of leather on the nose; initially dry sherry on the palate, sweetening with spice and delicate citrus notes. Matured in bourbon casks then finished in Matusalem and Oloroso sherry casks. The entry point to The Dalmore's core range. The Dalmore takes its emblem from a twelve-point royal stag, drawn from a legend of Clan Mackenzie being granted the crest for saving a king's life. The distillery is renowned for Scotland's most celebrated sherry-cask maturation programme, built on a long partnership with González Byass in Jerez, Spain, for prime Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez casks.
