Dalmore 25 Years Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Twenty-five years of maturation make this one of The Dalmore's older reserve bottlings, with sherry-cask ageing giving deep, rich dried-fruit and woody layers and an exceptionally long finish, at 42% ABV. The Dalmore takes its emblem from a twelve-point royal stag, drawn from a legend of Clan Mackenzie being granted the crest for saving a king's life. The distillery is renowned for Scotland's most celebrated sherry-cask maturation programme, built on a long partnership with González Byass in Jerez, Spain, for prime Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez casks.
