Hakutsuru Umeshu Plum Wine

Hakutsuru is a celebrated brewery of the Nada district in Kobe, Hyōgo, founded in 1743 — blessed with fine sake rice, Nada's Miyamizu water and a cool climate, and a repeat award-winner. This umeshu genshu steeps plums in a Hakutsuru sake base, undiluted — richly plum-scented, sweet-tart and mellow.
