Hakutsuru is a celebrated brewery of the Nada district in Kobe, Hyōgo, founded in 1743 — blessed with fine sake rice, Nada's Miyamizu water and a cool climate, and a repeat award-winner. "Awayuki" sparkling sake — a low-alcohol sparkling sake, light and gently sweet.
