Hakutsuru is a celebrated brewery of the Nada district in Kobe, Hyōgo, founded in 1743 — blessed with fine sake rice, Nada's Miyamizu water and a cool climate, and a repeat award-winner. This is a premium umeshu genshu aged 3 years — long maturation makes the plum aroma richer and rounder.
