Hakutsuru is a celebrated brewery of the Nada district in Kobe, Hyōgo, founded in 1743 — blessed with fine sake rice, Nada's Miyamizu water and a cool climate, and a repeat award-winner. Umeshu Nigori — a cloudy umeshu with plum flesh; rich in body and full of plum aroma.
