Penfolds Bin 28

Penfolds, founded in 1844, is Australia's most iconic producer and the creator of the national treasure "Grange", famed for its signature multi-region blending. Bin 28 is the brand's classic Shiraz, first made in 1959 and named after fermentation vat No. 28 at the old Kalimna vineyard. Shiraz from several warm Australian regions is aged in American oak, shaping a ripe, generous style. Blackberry, dark chocolate, liquorice and spice with a whisper of mint and oak — generous tannins, a concentrated body and a long finish. A benchmark classic Australian Shiraz, with cellaring potential too.
