Saint-Vivant V.S.O.P Armagnac, 40% ABV, 700ml, produced at Condom-en-Armagnac in the Bas-Armagnac zone from Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche and Baco, aged a minimum of four years in oak. Bolder and more dried-fruit driven than a typical cognac.
Food Pairing Neat or over ice to show its bold, dried-fruit character. Pairs with dark chocolate, dried fruit, walnuts and blue cheese, or south-west French classics such as duck breast and foie gras.
