Glengoyne Aged 25 Years Highland Single Malt

Red fruits, old leather and brown sugar on the nose; soft oak, cinnamon, stewed fruits and a Seville marmalade tang on the palate, finishing very long with spicy liquorice slowly drying. Aged 25 years, matured entirely in hand-selected sherry casks. Glengoyne sits on the Highland-Lowland divide and is entirely unpeated — its barley is air-dried, never smoked — and is known for the slowest distillation speed in Scotland, giving the spirit more copper contact for an especially delicate, fruity style.
