Fresh green apples, toffee and a hint of nuttiness on the nose; clean on the palate with cut grass, soft oak and a hint of sweet liquorice, finishing sweet and malty. Entirely unpeated — the entry point to the Glengoyne range. Glengoyne sits on the Highland-Lowland divide and is entirely unpeated — its barley is air-dried, never smoked — and is known for the slowest distillation speed in Scotland, giving the spirit more copper contact for an especially delicate, fruity style.
