Kirker & Greer Shamrock 10 Years Single Grain Cask Strength Irish

Built on a triple-distilled single grain whiskey, matured 10 years in first-fill bourbon casks and bottled at cask strength — a robust 56% ABV. Buttery popcorn on the nose, with banana-sweet notes, a good helping of cinnamon and nutmeg, and a touch of dry oak; honeyed tropical fruit, banana pancakes and vanilla cream on the palate, intertwined with caramel and baking spice.
