Helios Sake in Nago, Okinawa, began as an awamori distillery and also holds a whisky-making licence. "Chojuku" is its single grain whisky, long-aged in American oak. This is an Okinawa rice whisky (Okinawa Blue, rice-based), distilled in 2013 and aged 8 years.
