Kanosuke Single Malt Japanese Whisky
Kanosuke Distillery sits on the quiet coast of Kagoshima and carries on a 140-year shochu-making tradition. It distils on three distinctive copper pot stills and matures in re-charred shochu casks, ex-bourbon and sherry casks, bottled at 48% and non-chill filtered. "Yuhi" (夕陽, "sunset") single malt is the distillery's signature expression.
