The Singleton Spey Cascade

Mild and fresh at first, with baked apples and woody fragrance broadening to marzipan and ripe red berries; softly coating on the palate, with stewed apples and hints of spice, finishing gentle with marzipan and baked fruit. Matured in a combination of ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks — the house describes it as "smooth, rich and perfectly balanced," with a burnished copper colour in sunlight.
Food Pairing Neat or with a little water. Pairs with apple tart, almond tart or mild cheese.
