Blended from some of Scotland's rarest and most exceptional whiskies, opening with hazelnut, sherry and orange, moving through ginger, sandalwood and dark chocolate, with honey emerging alongside pepper and dried fruit, finishing smooth with a trail of smoke. Blue Label is the house's flagship, no age statement but exceptionally exacting in its make-up. Johnnie Walker began as a grocer's shop opened by John Walker in Kilmarnock, Scotland, in 1820. Finding single malts of the day inconsistent, he began blending them to achieve a whisky that tasted the same every time. His son Alexander and grandson Alexander II built the brand into what is today the world's best-selling Scotch whisky.
