Matured across bourbon, refill and re-charred casks, with a deep fruit character of peach and pear, vanilla sweetness and the house's characteristic hint of peat and smoke; crisp green apple, ripe pear and fresh citrus lemon on the nose over golden cereal, with orchard fruit and lemon meringue on the palate, finishing medium-length with gentle wood smoke and a lingering peaty tang.
