The Balvenie 21 Year Single Malt Port Wood

Finished in Port casks, which give a round, red-fruit sweetness and velvety texture — described by the house as a masterpiece of balance — aged 21 years, at 40% ABV. The Balvenie, in Dufftown, Speyside, is the only single malt distillery in Scotland that still grows and malts its own barley, renowned for the "wood finishing" process pioneered by legendary malt master David Stewart in 1982.
