Hakutsuru is a celebrated brewery of the Nada district in Kobe, Hyōgo, founded in 1743 — blessed with fine sake rice, Nada's Miyamizu water and a cool climate, and a repeat award-winner. "Sayuri" Tokusen Junmai Nigori — a coarsely filtered nigori; milky, creamy and sweet.
