Hakutsuru Premium Sake Junmai Dai Ginjo SHO-UNE

Hakutsuru is a celebrated brewery of the Nada district in Kobe, Hyōgo, founded in 1743 — blessed with fine sake rice, Nada's Miyamizu water and a cool climate, and a repeat award-winner. "Sho-Une" is Hakutsuru's top Junmai Daiginjo.
