🏴Fettercairn 12 Years Highland Single Malt Scotch
The distillery's unique "waterfall stills" — copper cooling rings around the still neck pour cold water over the copper during the middle cut, giving an unusually clear, precisely defined spirit. Vanilla and pear on the nose; nectarine, tropical fruit, roasted coffee, clove and ginger on the palate, finishing on golden raisins and black toffee. Matured entirely in ex-bourbon American white oak, at 40% ABV.

Neat or with a little water. Pairs with tropical fruit, toffee desserts or dark chocolate.
