Sherry sweetness and malty notes on the nose, with raisins and oranges; the sherry sweetness continues on the palate alongside apple, pear and mango, with heather, pine needles, cedarwood and caramel, finishing rich and buttery with a soft sherried tail. Matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, aged 12 years, at 43% ABV — from one of Scotland's highest-altitude Highland distilleries.
