Peat's Beast Islay 30 Years Single Malt

Thirty years of maturation softens and deepens the peat smoke, layered with dried fruit and oak spice, at 50.6% ABV — one of Peat's Beast's oldest, rarest bottlings. Despite its Islay-style branding, Peat's Beast actually comes from an undisclosed Speyside distillery, using malt peated to a high 35 ppm for a bold, direct smoky style.
Food Pairing Neat or with a little water. Pairs with smoked meats, barbecue or dark chocolate.
