Glencadam Reserva Andalucia Oloroso Sherry Cask

A sophisticated potpourri of floral malt, raisin fruit cake with sherry notes merging with mocha chocolate and crushed walnuts on the nose; mature barley-malt elements balanced by rich fruit cake, mixed nuts and raisins on the palate, gently drying to embrace some cigar-box spiciness, finishing wonderfully complex and sumptuous. Matured in ex-bourbon casks then finished in Spanish Oloroso sherry butts, at 46% ABV.
