Goutte d’Argent Pinot Noir Red 2022

Made with the rare use of Japanese sake yeast (Yeast No. 7) — normally reserved for licensed sake breweries, with Viña Marty the only non-Japanese winery permitted to use it, fermenting at low temperatures for particularly delicate aromatics. This Pinot Noir brings together Chilean terroir, French technique and Japanese sake tradition in an elegant style. Made by Pascal Marty, formerly of Mouton Rothschild, Opus One and Almaviva.
