NIKKA Coffey Gin

NIKKA Coffey Gin, from Japan's Nikka Whisky (part of Asahi Group), is distilled using the rare Coffey still — normally reserved for continuous grain whisky distillation — giving it a fuller, richer mouthfeel than typical pot-still gins. The recipe incorporates Japanese citrus botanicals including yuzu, shikuwasa and hyuganatsu. Expect a fresh citrus-floral nose with light grain sweetness, a rounded delicate palate, and a long finish.
