Caorunn Gin

Caorunn Gin, distilled at the Balmenach Distillery in Speyside, Scotland, uses a distinctive copper "Berry Chamber" for slow vapour infusion, incorporating five native Scottish botanicals — Coul Blush apple, dandelion, heather, rowan berry and bog myrtle — alongside classic gin botanicals, showcasing strong Scottish terroir. Expect juniper, florals and light tart fruit on the nose, a delicate rounded palate, and a fresh, long finish.
