Mars Japanese Gin Wa Bi Gin

Mars Wa Bi Gin, from Hombo Shuzo's Mars Shinshu Distillery (the same distillery behind their whisky range), sits at roughly 798 metres in Nagano — one of Japan's highest-altitude distilleries. The name echoes the Japanese aesthetic of "wabi-sabi", subdued and understated beauty, with citrus and sansho pepper botanicals reflecting Japanese terroir. Expect juniper, citrus and a light sansho tingle on the nose, with a delicate, elegant palate.
