Auchentoshan is a Lowland distillery near Glasgow and one of the few in Scotland to triple-distil its whisky — most Scotch single malt is distilled twice. The extra distillation gives an unusually light, clean spirit with bright citrus and honeyed notes and higher purity, a benchmark for the elegant Lowland style.
