Blair Athol 14 Years Sherry Cask Finish Single Malt

A distillery-exclusive single sherry cask, bottled at a robust cask-strength 54.3% ABV. Fruit flapjack, spiced poached peaches and nut toffee on the nose, with a little oak; apricot jam and stewed berries on the palate, with Jamaican ginger cake and chocolate-covered nuts, finishing with fruit and spice alongside citrus, sultanas and vanilla. Aged 14 years in a first-fill Oloroso sherry cask — a concentrated expression of Blair Athol's sherry-cask style.
