Bunnahabhain Cruach Mhona

Named for the Gaelic "peat stack," a nod to Islay's long peat-cutting tradition — a rare peated release from unpeated-leaning Bunnahabhain, where the smoke integrates with sweetness rather than dominating: smoky white pepper and seaweed, with sherry casks adding dried-fruit depth and bourbon casks adding vanilla softness, at 50% ABV.
Food Pairing Neat or with a little water. Pairs with smoked seafood or blue cheese.
